Help me track down these monsters...

I'm looking for pre-3e sources that the following monsters appeared in.

Maharajah Rakshasa
Rajah Rakshasas

The higher Rakshasa are given brief descriptions in the 2e MM, in the Rakshasa entry. Basically:

Ruhk (knight): +2 or better weapon to hit, weapons below +4 do half damage; caster level for their spells is 9th. They make up ~15% of the population.
Rajah (lord): As ruhk, but with the spellcasting of a priest 6/wizard 8, with a caster level of 11. They make up about 15% of the ruhk population.
Maharajah (duke): As ruhk, but with 13+39 HD, and casting spells as a priest 9/wizard 13. They make up about 5% of the rajah population.
