Help--My screen is in 16-color mode!

I was trying to delete some unnecessary programs at my work computer and it appears I deleted some software that allows high resolution color. My screen/display is now in 16-color mode and the control panel doesn't have any options (the only option is 2-color mode).

Any ideas on how to fix this? Please help so that I don't get fired.
