Help to CR/LA this thing?

This is one of my first attempts to create a monster; I was hoping for some help on what sort of CR and LA this creature would warrant?

Also any suggestions on improving the design would be appreciated.

I'm... not entirely sure what's going on there. The protolithid seems to be a 6th level psion/ 1st level elocator... The description should be "sample protolithid psion", and explicitly state what class levels it has.
I'd say a +1 LA is in order here. Unbalanced ability scores and a swim speed aren't all that impressive. The CR is probably equivalent to an ordinary NPC of its class level, so 7.

Thanks, demiurge 1138. Your'e right; those class levels are where the abilities come from. I wanted the creature to have the 'scorn earth' ability yet for some reason felt it needed to meet the prereqs for becoming an elocator to have it.

Sorry for such a confusing document. I think I should make a separate entry for one sans class levels.

Okay, I've created a separate monster entry for the creature without any class levels. It's quite a weak little beastie, but I mean these things to be the antagonists in my current game and will most likely use the original write-up for the standard one encountered.

The real entry I can use in order to create variant class combos without having to reverse-engineer all the time.
