(Help) Tome and Blood's Bladesinger.....errata?

Hi, I was looking through the WotC for the TB errata, and noticed they no longer have it up. Could some nice person tell me what the errata changes for the bladesinger PrC?

And has anyone playtested or seen in action an errated bladesinger? I'm interested in having it play a big part in my next campaign.

Thanks,
C.I.D.

While we're on the subject, has anyone made any changes to get this thing in 3.5?
Is there anything that really needs to get changed? It's a fairly straightforward class. I don't remember anything that would seem to need updating. Is there something specific that you're thinking of?

On a related note, has anyone played one of these? They were my favorite 2nd Edition class, and I was contemplating going that way again sometime in the future, but wasn't sure if they were any good. They certainly seem decent enough, but actual playtesting would probably tell you a lot more.

Yeah the prereqs that use the old version of perform.

Ahh, my bad. Yeah, that can pretty easily be changed to 3 ranks in perform (dance or singing). I suppose you might require 3 of each, but making the requirements more restrictive doesn't seem to make sense.

That was my thinking, although requiring skills in both seems cool from a flavour point of view.

I always figured dance was way more important than singing. Moving like a dancer could definitely help your fighting, but singing generally won't instill fear in your enemies (unless you're really bad. ;)).

Bladesingers are in Races of Faerun, which is 3.5, and they are the same, with the exception that they can cast ANY arcane spell with a casting time of one action with Song of Celerity.

They forgot to do anything with the prereqs: 3 ranks in Perform, Sing and Dance needed. I'd just say Perform: Dance 2, Sing 1

I've played one up to 17th level, a Realms gold elven wizard 2/fighter 4/bladesinger10/eldritch knight1. Never owned a magic weapon (well ok, a +1 spear that I never used) until this level. He's awesome, but the straight 15h level dwarven fighter in our party shows me up in sheer damage capability, I just look better than he does.

Having an Armor Class I can get up into the 40's can be extremely fun, but I tend to not hit much when I do that. Using my spells (Haste/Shield/Displacement/GreaterInvis) I can get pretty near unhittable in melee. With Song of Fury (3.0 Flurry of Blows with longsword) combined with Haste, I usually get 6 attacks a round.

Song of Celerity lets me full attack AND cast any one action spell, allowing things like a 6 attack buzzsaw and a Dim Door away.

It all sounds impressive (and is fun to say!) But it all equals out when the straight dwarven fighter with a big axe and huge strength does and can take more damage and is in fact overall more important as a tank, but when the fit hits the shan you can blow all your spells in one fight and throw up a Haste/Shield/Fireshield/Displacement/Greater Invisibility and become a moshdancing elven deathmachine.
