I've added a few other things to my list, including that I would require Dual Wielders to use a weapon in each hand. No drawing, attacking, dropping, drawing, attacking with the same hand!

Also, someone pointed out in my errata thread that there's a potential problem with the new version of fabricate, which is missing the "or transmuted" part about creatures and magic items. I would not count either as "raw materials", but it's odd that they removed that bit from the new spell.

Because noone would consider them raw materials if it had not been in the old version.

Removing redundand sentences should not be interpreted as removing a restriction.
On the other hand, it seems ambiguous if it was only edited in one place and left in another. Probably an oversight. But annoying.
