Help! Trying to get Magic of Faerun in the UK!

First Post
I've been trying to get hold of a copy of Magic of Faerun, but unfortunately wher I'm at university - Durham - there are no shops that I can find which stock rpg stuff. When I tried to order it of leisuregames.co.uk, they're out of stock. Amazon.co.uk say they can get it for me in 3-5 weeks, but I'd like it a bit sooner and their shipping prices are high.

Anyone know any decent online stores where I can order Magic of Faerun and it wont cost a bomb (ie, I'd prefer a UK store...)? Alternatively, anyone know of anywhere in Newcastle that I might be able to find a shop stocking rpg products like Magic of Faerun?

www.orcsnest.com is a roleplaying shop based in London that also does mailorder. Although I've never actually ordered from them I have had a few email conversations with them and they have been very helpful indeed.

It's been I while since I lived up in the north east, but I remeber Newcastle having a few decent rolepaying shops - although that might be a bit far I suppose.

Your other option is to go to the library and look at the yellow pages for a few different regions, find some RPG shops and then ring them up and see oif you can persuade them to mail you a copy if you post them a check. I should imagine most of them would welcolme the business and it's only a minor inconveniance to pop something in the post on the way home.

Well, I'm heading into Newcastle this weekend, tagging along with my gf and her friends, so hopefully I'll get a chance to check out if any of the bookstores are stocking rpg products. However, I may still not get it so:

Welrain: Where do you live in the UK?

Pidgeon: I don't think Orcsnest has it stocked, or something (when I checked their site there was some reason I couldn't get it, can't remember exactly what). Good advice with the yellow pages thingy though!

It's also out of stock at Orcsnest. Btw, if you're going to Newcastle there's a shop called Forbidden Planet (on Grainger Street) which sells a good range of RPG products.
