Hello, I'm looking for a monster but have no idea what its name is or from what book I remember seeing it in. The monster is one that kind of assumes the role of a humanoid but is actually contained in the head/neck region of the victim It can then pop out to attack anyone it draws near. The picture I remember that went with it was that of a merchant whose neck had become elongated and was strangling an adventurer. Please, any help would be appreciated.
