Except, we know what it costs to make a necklace-type item that makes unarmed strikes +1 - the amulet of Might Fists costs 2,000gp.
...

Yeah, that's true. But it doesn't allow special weapon abilities. Hence the question. Hence my bringing up the Necklace of Natural Weapons, which creates an effect that grants special weapon abilities to natural weapons. And an unarmed strike can be affected by effects that modify natural weapons. Hence, it is appropriate to use a Necklace of Natural Weapons to grant special weapon abilities to a Monk's unarmed strike.

Ok, current build I've been toying with.

Warforged -
Rogue 4
Monk 12
Sword of Rightiousness 3
Monk 11

with buying each +5 stat book, the stats are all fairly high (All 20 or more, except Charisma, which is 13). I get some cool Exhaulted feats, (Touch of Golden Ice, Exhaulted Ki strike, Holy Ki Strike, and one other I can't think of off the top of my head)

Other feats are Paralyzing Strike, and a few other open ones.

Epic feats - Extrodinary Deflect and Greater Ki are both practicly required to overcome Epic issues like ranged touch spells or epic DR. Was pondering Concealment (The 10% miss chance) twice, but not sure how good it is.

I get some good SR from the monk (33 I believe)

I get Uncanny dodge from the 4 rogue levels (Anyone else know a good way to get this for less levels?)

My saves are fairly good with all the classes. No need to sleep, bonuses or imunity to all sorts of other effects as a warforged.

Any suggestions or comments on what I have so far (I had it written down before I got a chance to review this tis afternoon, so still going through other input.

Doesnt being warforged kill a lot of the monk abilities? armor and all.
Actualy, their base covering gives them an armor bonus, but is not considered armor. So you simply don't take one of the armored feats.
