Help with a Demon hunter

I'm trying to create a PrC that fits the roll of an elvan Demon hunter. They are an elite faction trying to reclaim the "Fallen Forest" an area in my campaign world that was lost to demons after a mistake during a summoning ritual many years ago. I'd appreciate any ideas and existing classes that any of you might have. Not a religous faction.

Well, is it going to be a combat oriented class that specializes in killing demons? You might look at the Foehunter from MotW.

Perhaps a combination of the Foe Hunter (MotW) and the Knight of the Chalice (DotF) would benefit you. Although, considering how powerful those 2 PrC's are, it might be easier to just add both of them to the NPC/character.

The knight of the chalice wouldn't work because they fight Demons for religous reasons these guys do it for revenge and to reclaim there homeland

Howzabout the Fiend Hunter (I think that's the name) that was in Dragon a little while back? You may need to change the restrictions of being nongood & some thing they have about grafting bits of demons to themselves, but otherwise they fit what you seem to be looking for. Swap the nongood restriction to "elves only", and you should be good to go.

I also think the Foe Hunter in MotW is exactly what you want. It would even be called "Demon Hunter."

Perhaps they are a "special forces" unit of ranger/foe hunters and ranger/xxxxx/foehunters. They always strike in teams of ?? (4 or 6 or 9 or xx).

great sugestions I picked up masters of the wild yester day and I think the foe hunter will fit it just fine Its got most of the abilitys I thought of plus some good ones I hadn't thought of fiend hunter I thoought of but it was speciuficaly demons and its designed with abilitys for both otherwise its a little week
