Help with a new Unearthed Arcana Bloodline - Rakhasa

My next campaign is going to have Rakhasas as the main Cabal of bad guys and in addition to real full-blooded Rakhasas there will be those who have Rakhasa ancestry.

So I'm looking for a little help. I'm thinking they probably only qualify for an intermediate bloodline but I'm tempted to make it a major bloodline because these are going to be decendants of the MAJOR bad guys of the campaign.

How would you break out a Rakhasa bloodline?
