Help with player Aristocrat

Wealth: If the character takes Aristocrat as her first level, she gains this as a free bonus Feat. If not, she must earn this Feat before taking a level of Aristocrat.

So what exactly does this feat do Nifft? Anyone know?

You'll find:

Wealth [General]
You have a source of income besides working.
Benefit: You own or are entitled to some income-providing real estate, company, pension or title. At 3rd level, you gain 1,000 gp or a single magical heirloom. You can write Notes (IOUs) which will be accepted by those who know of your wealth. In addition, the DM will give you extra stuff.
Penalty: Your income has a source, and you're going to have to write up & detail that source. Anything from a family vinyard to a trading ship to part ownership of a vein of iron.
