help with sewer monsters

I also made up a crap monster when I was a kid. It had the ability to form anywhere in the sewer where there was enough crap and controlled swarms of dung beetles.

It ended up killing half of the party. The poop wiped them.

(Ba da BING!)

You laugh. Back in high school my good ol' 1st edition-Dragon-variant bard had to battle against (and I kid you not) "living dung".

Ew.

Since we are strolling down memory lane...I had a DM that always ran published adventures, but one time he tried to make his own. The main problem was that he made everything, including the monsters. We were in a big sewer, surrounded by...waste. We were attacked by shi...poop-eating dogs. Basically if they damaged you, you saved vs. disease, failure was a random roll to see which disease you won.

I was playing a CN rainforest witchdoctor at the time, with a penchant for throwing feces, so at one point when he got tired of the prissy characters carrying on about the waste, he flopped down on his back and made shi...poop-angels. Then, of course, he wanted to hug...

we played today, and:

kobolds, zombies, wererats and the final boss...otyugh!!

a very fun game, one fighter almost die with infected, the mage fell (fall?) 2 times in garbage and i used the floating corpse/zombie thing.

thanks everyone for the help!
