No flips for you!
Reading the Item Famaliar feat, I ran across something that didn't seem to make much sense. Its the first ability gained from the feat: investing life force. In the description, it says that a character of 6th level or lower only may make this choice. The benefit is gaining a XP bonus of 10% of current XP, and a continuing 10% bonus to all XP earned afterward.
My question is why is this ability limited to low levels only? Granted at higher levels the initial bonus would mean instant level, but if the character took it at the stated level, he would be that level anyway. A 10% bonus to current and earned XP is level regardless of the amount of XP you already have. I'll leave the math up to y'all, but it works out the same.
Let me know what you think. Thanks
