Helpwith my Avatar

I need help with this Avatar but for some reason I am unable to shrink it down and can not do a thing with it.

Anyone out there who can help me with this I would appreciate it.

I don't think a .bmp can be used.

I turned it into a .gif, see if this works.

Thank you very much, that works great. Now the original picture, Hobbes was dancing around is there any way to make your Avatar move? I have seen a few peoples move and was just wondering? If this can not be done with this picture (too large or whatever) no big deal.

You'd have to create an animated image, or steal one that's already animated.

This one was animated to begine with.....At least I think it was.....
Hmmm, let me attach this image and see if this works....

Yep, that one's animated. Your bitmap wasn't (I don't think you can have an animated bitmap). The animated one is too big (both in dimensions and in file size) so the boards won't accept it. However, I think there's someone around here who might be able to shrink that one down. Anyone?

Ahhh, cool, thank you. I could probably do it myself but A) I am at work and don't have the programs to do it and B) Even at home I still do not have the programs to do it, smile.

If anyone could help me with this I would most appreciate it, if not I at least have the one image going for me.

I found a neat website -- www.gifworks.com -- where you can resize, crop, etc. animated gifs.

Give this one a try.
