Henry on Atkins?

Zander said:
Impressive. Exactly how long did it take you? Three months?

About 5 months perhaps. The trick is to burn more calories than you consume, every day, and not think about it so much. Walking alot before breakfast is good too. The walking part is not so bad if you're an introvert and most gamers are :-) My mp3-player helped me alot.

I'm on a very special diet that I created myself. It mainly consists of curry and beer - with the occasional burger, chinese, pizza or kebab.
i want to subscribe to your diet, but i don't think my endocrinologist will agree to let me.

diaglo " been on a diet not to lose weight, but just to stay alive for over 18 years now" Ooi

Surgery is the way to go. Hop on a plane to Mexico and be back home in a couple of days and it costs 1/5 what might cost in the states.

I'm paying for my years on the Atkins diet now. Three years of Atkins and now, even when I try to go back onto it, my body says, "No -- whatever you've just consumed, I'm storing it. You're not going to fool me twice!"

Or you could just drink the water. You either a) get Montezuma's Revenge so you can't hold anything in your stomach or b) you get a friendly tapeworm who does all the eating for you. Either way, it's a win-win situation!

I've lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks on a plan similar to Psionicist's. Negative caloric balance brought about by eating whole grains, fresh fruit and veggies, lean cuts of meat, and lowfat milks and cheeses, enhanced by a vigorous exercise program. I even eat junk food too, just don't do stuff like having a slice of cake for each meal like I used to (seriously, I had some wack eating habits).

Or, you could try to get a cheap Mexican surgeon, and end up waking up in a tub of bloody ice. But hey! Those missing organs probably weighed a good bit. So, still a win!
