Here is to all the Lurkers on the boards!

I just don't really have the time to keep checking back on threads that I have posted on in case questions or comments are made to what I have said.

I am the same. However, I do post. Even if you can't come back to a thread because of time constraints, by posting you nudge conversations one way or another and that is never a bad thing.

Threads on this board hyper disappear. Not actually disappear, but get moved down a page or two, & then I can never remember the name of the thread that I was looking at a day later.

When you look at the thread listings (i.e. General RPG Discussion for example), look at the little envelopes on the left: the ones with a little black hole in them are the ones you posted in. This way, it is very easy to look back on pages of threads.

I feel like I spend WAY too much time online.

Add some posting time to that and all of a sudden that's all I'll be doing ;) :P

Anyway ... I don't feel like I'm lurking ... I feel like I'm reserving my vastly important opinion for only vastly important topics ... yeah ... that's it ... sure ... so count yourself silly that I deemed this topic worthy ... yeah :)

I am secure enough in my opinions to know that I am right about everything and that everyone else is wrong without having to validate them by getting into 5 page arguments.

:D

I use to post a lot on other boards, but I just don't have the time anymore. Besides, there are plenty of people with better opinions than me, to pick up the slack.

I haven't posted much in the year and a half I've been here, since I was writing Morningstar, but I just finished the last chapter today! I lost my J-O-B. a few days ago (it was worth it), so I've also got extra time on my hands in that regard. I forsee my post count skyrocketing in the next few days. :D

Edit: Mistyped the name of my own book...

I am a formerly prolific poster who's reverted into a lurker in the last year or so. It's sad really. I must of run out of original post ideas. Dear me. ;)
