Nope. Either they are situational and therefore even, or they are not. That doesn't change just because someone else makes an opinion on power levels. You can't get a less good option if they are situational.

I don't see any point in continuing to engage with you on how design choices and trade-offs work, as you're invested in ignoring anything that doesn't support your preferred outcome. Good luck with your design, but I suggest you take it to a + thread to get the kinds of feedback you seem to want.
