Sad as I am to say it, I think Nikki is a goner.

For the other, I say Maya becomes a Sylar snack.

Huh, two?

My first guess in Niki, but not by virus. That's too easy, and not over the top enough, to borrow an idea from the Truth and Consequences thread. My guess is that she dies helping Micah get Monica, conveniently preventing Mohinder from making a choice with consequences. Also, it dovetails nicely with the idea that you don't need powers to be a hero, which has been a little absent this season.

Adam can't be killed, but he'd be my other guess. We've known there would be two threats this season. I presume they're Adam and the Virus.

I think my second guess will be Bob, by Adam, to complete (minus Angela) the killing of the the previous generation.

 

[Hand of Evil]

Sylar food (not death pool - yet) are those that have repeat powers, one or the other will go.

...Flyers - Nathan and West, either could go and provide plot elements with Claire. Think it will be Nathan before West but Sylar may ask nicely and Molly tells him where Claire is and he takes West.

...Healers - Claire and Adam; Adam is prime but Sylar does not know of him but does that matter, Adam needs to meet a real villian. Claire is just too tied up in different plots, she is an intersection.

Nathan - lesser character who has done little this season
Elle - I know she isn't a hero, but she's toast. That's too bad because she's a blast.

A few reasons why I don't see this happening:
...She is hot
...Tim likes her (rumor is that guy that plays Matt is also a close friend of Tim too)
...She is blonde and blondes make men stupid (look it up)
...Cat fight, just think about it and let it sink in
...Character love interest (Heiro, being most unlikely, so bingo), hey, you throw that out at network execs and they throw back money

A few reasons why I don't see this happening:
...She is hot
...Tim likes her (rumor is that guy that plays Matt is also a close friend of Tim too)
...She is blonde and blondes make men stupid (look it up)
...Cat fight, just think about it and let it sink in
...Character love interest (Heiro, being most unlikely, so bingo), hey, you throw that out at network execs and they throw back money

I hope you are right. I'm over Claire, give me more Elle.

I know they are not heros but how about Mrs. Bennet and Lyle. neither does much and Claire and Noah's relationship would be more interesting if they only had each other. Plus then Mr. Muggles could get the screen time he deserves without having to share it with pointless characters.

HAHAHAHA!! I thought it was funny the amount of times in the last several episodes that Lyle was only included in a shot so that he could hold Mr. Muggles when Mrs. Bennet was acting "dramatically."

Now here's my vote:

Even though I want Mohinder and West to die, I will vote on Maya and Adam. Here is how I see it going down...

Mohinder arrives at the apartment with the virus and the cure. He initially injects Maya with the virus since he knows that Syalr would be extremely deadly with her powers. When Maya dies, Sylar discovers he was tricked and then tried to kils Mohinder 9by bashing his skull in with the cure's briefcase)... Unfortunately, Matt shows up and uses the Jedi Mind Trick to have Sylar leave Molly and Mohinder and himself alone. Sylar then runs away.

During Hiro and Peter's duel Hiro uses his power to take Peter through time inorder to show him Adam's true plans (while invisible). When they return to the present Peter then decides to kill steal from Hiro (because Peter's a a total munchkin jerk and having Hiro be unable to avenge his father would make Hiro become angsty).

As of 12:45 here is what I got*...
Hand of Evil - Nathan via Sylar brain bite and Nikki via the plague.
Remus Lupin - Maya via Sylar brain bite and Nikki via the plague.
Light Pheonix - Nikki (in vigilante mode) and Bob by Adam.
Grymar - Nathan (unspecified) and Elle (unspecified) Claire (?)
Brown Jenkin - Lyle and Mrs. Bennet (series attrition maybe?)
Relique du Madde - Maya by Mohinder via viral injection and Adam by Peter via kill stealing.
