Maya killed by Sylar and Elle killed by Bob.

Maya will realize she has become evil at some point and question what she is doing with Sylar only to be coldcocked by Sylar when he gets a bit peckish. I think Elle will be come a hero when she gets fed up with Daddy Bob but Bob will prove too slippery and kill his own daughter. We might get a fade shot with a tear coming from Bob's eye, then him muttering that it is for the good of the Company. Bout time to kill Ando, too, I think. Must get an angry Hro before too long.

I'll be more specific...

Nathan
Elle

(I don't want it to be Elle, but I think it will).

Nathan is a hard one to figure out how, but he is a pretty obvious choice I think. Right now I'm not even sure where he is, but I can see him walking into the apartment with Matt where Mohinder and Sylar are having their showdown. Sylar kills him.

Elle is going to die from Claire..it is the classic battle of the tank versus the blaster. Elle will keep blasting Claire, who just keeps coming. My guess is that Claire will in the end grab Elle and toss them both off of the cliff, giving you a slow motion "Emperer firing lightning off while falling" death for Elle.

And yes, I'll probably cry.

Nah, there's no need for Claire and Elle to fight. Their chance for it was the other night. Now Claire has told Elle what she needed to, walked away, and, truly her father's daughter, has a plan.

Wow... theres alot of votes this time around. As we know, NBC's episode descriptions are not often that accurate, especially as a result of this writer's strike. With that in mind here's the finale's official volume 2 finale description:

Deep below Primatech Paper in Odessa, TX, Peter's (Milo Ventimiglia) reunion with Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) turns violent when the brothers, Matt (Greg Grunberg) and Hiro (Masi Oka) all clash thanks to Adam (David Anders) and his pursuit of the deadly Shanti Virus. After watching his heroic cousin captured by a street gang, Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey) turns to the one person who can help him save Monica (Dana Davis) -- his mom (Ali Larter). Meanwhile, Maya (Dania Ramirez) tragically learns how much of a monster Sylar (Zachary Quinto) really is during his kidnapping of Molly (Adair Tishler) and Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy). Meanwhile, Elle (Kristen Bell) decides to play hero to get back into her father's (Stephen Tobolowsky) good graces.

It looks like we have are first safe bet.

I am seriously considering getting a Mr. Muggles T-Shirt.

Mr. Muggles is great, but I'm expecting backlash. Remember the punk rocker who wrote "Don Henley must die"? I foresee a remake of that song starring Mr. Muggles.

They won't kill Molly. Not from Sylar. Their demographics would be hurt and advertisers would be pissed. Young kids do watch this show. That's why Micah and Molly are safe from real harm. Won't happen.

And yes, the bonding of Micah to Monica was the death knell of Ali Larter's character. She didn't even make it in to the season until what - ep 5 or 6?

Nikki is done like dinner. Warehouse fire and failing super strength due to the virus will kill her off.

I was referring to Maya (although Suresh dying in that scene would be a plus) :D.

The only thing that is truly preventing me from saying Nikki will die is the fact that I don't think the writers would risk killing off both of Miccah's parents in one season. Sure, Molly's parents both died, but that was different because we never got to know them.

Love her or hate her, the loss of both Nikki would make good TV but it would drastic considering that so much of Miccah's story is tied up with his parents and his trying to get them to do the right thing and act like a true hero. Sure they could easily continue that storyline Monica (or her boorish brother), but it wouldn't be as affective as it was with Nikki who was constantly battling with her inner demons and the Company's wishes.

I think Nikki will get critically injured, but I don't think she will die (right away). If she dies, I expect it to happen die between volumes, much like DL, just so that the writers can lessen the blow.
