Ducane draws his sword as the group falls towards the figures, even though he's not really sure whether melee is valid choice of combat in this place.

The figures are tall and olive skinned, though the one that seemed to have something odd about him seems that way because he is stooped over and locked into some sort of manacles. While no one understands what they are yelling, Charlarn is fairly sure they mean to attack. As you reach this conclusion, you see that they are bringing themselves to a stop.

I'm not going to even try to map this one... under these conditions you'd zoom passed an entire normal sized map in less than a round!
