Heroscape to D&D

I was wondering if anyone has tried converting some of the Heroscape figures stats into either 3.5 or pathfinder stats. it's mainly the Marro that i'm interested in converting but i'm really unsure how to go about it and if anyone has done so already it would be a major help.
