Hexbldade's arcaene spell resistance, works vs divine spells?

Where does it imply it only works against arcane spells? That'd be like saying sorcerers can't cast Mage Armor. As written, it applies to all spells and spell-like abilities.

Don't read it as 'Resistance to Arcane Spells'. Read it as 'Arcane Resistance to Spells'.

Where does it imply it only works against arcane spells? That'd be like saying sorcerers can't cast Mage Armor.

But Sorcerers are Mages, so what's the problems? (ie so are Wizards too).

Since it's not further specified which kind of spells are to be excluded from this class feature, it's all spells. A further indication for you might be that even spell-like abilities are affected, which are normally neither divine nor arcane.
