hey Monte . . .

Did MC even write the original Duelist that appeared in Dragon? I know Class Acts was his for a while, but for some reason I thought that someone else wrote up the class.

And what do you mean by 'single-weapon'? The duelist PrC is far more effective for one weapon fighters as it is. Many of the class abilities don't work if you are making attacks with your offhand.

-psi, who played a Duelist up to 21st level, and it was good.

Why would you think the duellist needed to wield two weapons? The majority of its benefits are received when wielding only a single weapon. I don't quite understand what gave the original poster the impression that the duellist was a class that wielded two weapons.

2 weapon dualits

in the 3.0 version 2 of the feats required were ambedextarity and 2 weapon fighting. in the 3.0 version 2 weapon is still required,
which doesnt make a whloe lot of sence for a single sword wielder unless you are using the rules for called shots and they take one to the arm in which case they can switch hands

unfettered

If you're primarily interested in the Unfettered, you can get "The Way of the Sword" -- one of the AU pdfs-- at www.rpgnow.com for $6. It has the non-spellcasting classes from Arcana Unearthed as well as the combat-oriented feats....
