Hey Rouse! (a couple things about the character builder)

One bug I found and submitted with the beta is still present for me atleast with the new version. Tigerclaw Gauntlets still cannot be created as they don't appear on the Spiked Gauntlet list and when choosing the enchantment from the all list, spiked gauntlets do not appear.

Will it be possible for users to fully program in house rules? And then save them as exportable files that can be loaded by other subscribing users?

That would be an amazing utilization in conjunction with a GSL-connected license allowing 3PPs to create D&DI content for their customers.

I just noticed the program calculates an unarmed basic ranged attack on the character sheet. What is the character going to do, throw chunks of himself for 1d4 damage?

ad-hoc weapons do 1d4 damage in 4e. So I'm assuming that you can just assume that's a ranged attack with an ad-hoc weapon.

Or you can just throw body parts because yeah- you're THAT badass.

Well, that or they're convenient.

I mean, this is D&D we're talking about. It's not that far fetched that the most convenient thing to chuck at someone's noggin might be his friend's severed arm.

i was imputting a character i had already rolled up and played in a game and couldn't find anyway to just choose my ability scores. final after a lot of clicking the roll dice button i got numbers that were close to what i had, but it would have been much nicer if i ad an option that let me just pick stats.

You can, you directly type them into the Score section on that part. Right besides the circle where you generate the numbers.

Mr. Rouse, as always, thank you for taking the time to address folks here at ENW about D&D issues. It is appreciated greatly.

Since the thread is here and I too had difficulty trying to use the "Report a Bug" feature on the Character Builder, there is one minor thing that I found as a problem: When selecting the Ranger Multiclass feat for her character, my wife's Cleric was supposed to get Hunter's Quarry as an Encounter Power. I'm assuming that it was pulled right from the Ranger abilities and it shows up as an At Will on the Power Card. Obviously this is easily worked around but I wanted to bring it to your attention.

I'm loving the Character Builder and it is one of the best gaming utilities I've ever used. Keep up the good work!
