High Crit Property with Implement Attacks

brutal only applies to weapon dice. Not a big deal.

But if you take Deadly Axe at lvl11 or above your khopesh is high crit and those high crit die are weapon die.

I don't think this whole high crit on implement attacks works.

But I understand that if you read it like all properties of the weapon (not just magical ones) are applied when you use it as an implement you can think that high crit works as well.
But someone else quoted that high crit refers to attacking with the weapon as weapon and using a weapon as an implement is not the same.

I'm inclined to be with you on this one. The high crit property states: A critical hit deals maximum weapon damage and an extra 1[W] at 1st–10th levels...

Extra 1[W] refers to the weapon damage. So unless you're dealing the weapon damage, you can't get the 1[W] (or 2-3[W] at higher tier)
