Hit points and Healing surges

I'm just looking at the preview characters and I cannot figure out ("reverse engineer") some of the stats...

Someone already knows how to calculate hit points at first level?

I understand that the amount of HP healed by each healing surge is 25% of your total, round down. But how do you get the number of healing surges per day?

I'm pretty sure that it's a base number plus your constitution bonus. I can't recall if the base number is based on class or not.

To sum up:
Surges = class base + con bonus
HP = Class base + con score
