Russ doesn't trust me to maintain the bar once installed. It's really that simple. Unless he buys a copy of Fireworks ($300 I'm sure he doesn't just have lying around somewhere) or learns JavaScript (A mammoth task I wouldn't be willing to undertake either if roles were reversed) its not going to happen. I can just feel it in my bones. Once again, I have failed.
