I think you'll like the new facade for this volume of the Lexus - Unlimited Titles. It's more "realistic" than previous versions. I think I may continue along those lines for future volumes.

Sounds good. I'll have to check it out later though, as I have a 4.3mb email coming in (bloody dial up)

Does it still only give a book title, or did you add aditional features? Like a small explanation:

"Fantastic Observations, a bestiary in three volumes that describe the butterflies in the northern regions."

Just titles. It would be too limiting to do otherwise and would simply be a random title picked from a list of titles, rather than a randomly constructed title.

Cant you think of a clever way of constructing the other info?

Or a generator for the way the book is produced:

Three volumes bound in brown leather.
Two large landscape volumes bound in vellum with silver locks and hinges

etc etc :D

Still a very handy resource :)

That might be possible to do. I'll get my brain working on it. Thanks. :)

Thanks. I think it does what it does extremely well. :)

It does :) I used it on Sunday night actually, I have it on my laptop and used it to great effect.

Cool! Can you give me more details? :)

I have a player who is s tickler for details. He was in a tower (a wizards tower, natch), and discovered that the basement was full of books. He was resting up while the other party members were out exploring a near-by town.

He said he started to pull random books out, and after I made the first few up im my head I became stuck for names... the rest is history :)

Can I quote you over in this thread here-

...or maybe get you to add it in for me? That's exactly the type of thing this baby is meant to help a GM handle. Perfect.

I'll bet that player was freaking out a bit when you rattled off a few titles...then a few more...then a bunch more...with no apparent end in sight! :D
