I know I personally would feel lucky if my girlfriend saw the world more gruesonly than I did. It would help me feel normal.

Hmmmm but would you feel quite so special if you emailed your GF to say ‘I love you’ and she replied by saying ‘enough soppy stuff, check out my alien abduction picture’. Morbidity thinks she is currently in trouble and should have put a few more skill points into boyfriend empathy (specialist subset of animal empathy).

Strangely, this is a normal occurrence in my life. The last girlfriend that would do something like that though would immediatly send another email with a link to kittns romping. This would be particularly disturbing after the first email with pictures of mutilation or something similar.
