Some of the books have bad binding. If you get in touch with FFG they have been willing to exchange books wit hgood bindings for the bad binding ones.

Yeah I know... but having received the book just yesterday i am not willing to part with right now... I am either gonna wait for the 2nd print run that they said ill be done in a couple of months or just pay to rebind it, expensive but not so time consuming...

FFG is truly careful and very friendly in the way they are handling the problem... they are the best example I have seen around of what is a company for the customers.

Difficult no, since the mail service is great, they are fast and careful. The main problem would be time or price, as one is directly dependant on the inverse of the other...

On monday I will pricec each option and decide what to do, depending I will just stick with it and buy a new one on the 2nd run...

Brasil has one of the most efficient mail service, its a monopoly of federal government and they use many air lines that are strictly mail.
