exam time (or something like that)?

Not really. It's a combination of a wierd, monsterous weekend (probably the weirdest I've had since I dislocated my shoulder), having to cover for sick people at work (six hours of classes - 15 minutes of notice to prepare) and changing my thesis supervisor (i actually have to work on it now).

When exam time comes, you'll see me slowly disintergrating in the corner and cursing the world.

Don't worry arwink, we'll feed you chocolate-covered coffee beans to keep you active during exam time. :)

If only that worked :)

AT exam time, the only thing that'll keep me standing is proper sleep. Even coffee normally doesn't effect me by then.

The upside is that normally, the classes are suspended by the time I have to mark.

Okay, here's the plan then. Send each of the hiveminders five papers and we'll grade them while you sleep. :) I'll even go buy one of them sinister red markers. :p

I couldn't do that to any of you (well, maybe clay :)). First year writing assignments should only be inflicted on the people who are actually being paid to mark them :)

ouch! clay's getting no love today! :(

:p

No ill will intended, I was just thinking he could help out after the ceramic DM judging :b

Personally, I think Clay's great :D

ooooooohhhhh!

i guess i missed that while i was away....

Likely. I was particularly slack this time around. Stuff has been piling on top of me for the past couple of weeks, and it got increasingly hard to fight against the tide and get stuff done on time.

Strangely, it takes me about as long to get marking done as it did to get judgements back for the Comp :)
