BTW, how good is Soul Caliber 2? I'm sure we'd enjoy having that in the house!

SC2 is the bomb! It's easily the best fighting game ever made, much like it's predicessor soul blade was in it's day. If you buy one game, ever, make it SC2. I've been playing almost non stop for threwe or four days and i still haven't unlocked all the extras.

I'm still partial to the animatd 2d fighters, myself. I'd call Street Fighter Alpha 3 the best fighter I've ever played. Tekken 2 is right up there, though.

Osis, what platform do you have it for? The reason I ask is that, judging from the ads, there are unique characters for each platform.

I have it for the PS2 the special character for that one is Haihatchi from Tekken. The Gamecube has Link, and the X-box has the comic character Spawn. That choice has to do with Spawn creator Todd Macfarland designing the necrid character.

Zombie invasion!

It's like the game that came with Windows 95 (?) called Genesis; except you mostly just watch it instead of having a goal to accomplish.

In a nutshell: little purple dots run around frantically. Little grey dots turn little purple dots into more little grey dots when they touch. Little grey dots move at 1/5 the speed of little purple dots, but will actively pursue little purple dots.

My conclusion: the little grey dots (the zombies) always win in short order; though the first time I tried it, one of the purple dots got into a circular cycle in a big blank area before it finally got too close to a cluster of grey dots and was run down.

Hours of endless fun.
