Now you mention it...
I'm currently drawing up the malfunction table for Steam & Steel -it's amusing the things that can go wrong in a steam engine (Catch the Bouncing Cog, CLUNK, Blows a Gasket and Catastrophic Breakdown being some of the results you can get on the d20 so far
. Vent and Bump sounds like a good name for an entry - a steam vent followed by an odd bump from somewhere within the machinery, and then little bits of broken gear sprinkle out of an opening
