TRaps and treachery has some rogue prestige classes, a thug NPC class, and some new equipment and skills. But it's mostly traps and non moster encounters. The second one is all traps and magical puzzles like things. Seafarer's Handbook covers everything one needs opne the sea and under it.

I'm make a note of that in my review. "Dispite the well written and crafted book, I find that I must penalize it for not included a chapter that teaches one to talk like a pirate. Arrrrrr!!!"
