How is your movie making going?

We took this past week off and tonight get down to the crunchy goodness of editing. A couple of very cool musicians appeared out of thin air ("Poof!") and offered to do our soundtrack, so now we actually have to get cracking so they have something to score!

One of the problems is that most of the film features a voice-over which we haven't yet recorded, so it's hard to know how things are going to work without that key element (cuts that look totally stupid might slide by smooth and cool if the voice-over carries them). It's a tough project.

Next year, wacky comedy with vampires, punjabi dancers, mexican banditos masterminded by telepathic chihuahuas, evil gangs of tall girls driving Austin Minis and big stand-offs where two characters stare at each other and say one another's names.

Don't fret, dude, we're not publicly traded, anyway. Nor are we looking for investment. Prolly won't go public until next year sometime. We want to wait until we're actually profitable before taking the show on the road.

I'll be sure to let you know when that day is approaching, however....
