Actually the blue painting on those is done by hand, and is also the "technique" that gave that its name: delfts blauw. (blue from Delft) It is a pretty old skill, and those blue vases, dishes etc were exported about anywhere in the 17th and 18th century.
But those on the pic are "tourist industry" to the core!!
I think I have some readers on how it is supposed to be made, Ill see if I can dig those up (and if they are in English
).

delftware needs no explanation to me old man
altho somehting hand done and less touristy in the same vein would be highly passable
