Actually no.. it's before the Guard series.. focuses on the assasin's guild, and the king of the egyptian area of the disk and of course.. a pyramid

Probably one of my least favorites when I first read it. Slowly growing on me over time, however. It was much more subtle than the other early novels.

Hmm...centers on the assassin guild. Now I have to read it.

One I was most disapointed in was probably the one set in "Australia" which was a shame because it was a Rhyncewind novel. Loved Interesting Times. Have the animated Sould Music. heh
