Actually you can have a strap, but it tends to me small in order to play up the top of the heart look.

Hmm let me see if I can explain. It is refering to the neckline, the top of the dress is cut and shaped so as to form the top of a heart. I am sure you can guess what form they go around.

OK, I wanted to be sure. My only fashion knowledge is from previous girlfriends, not exactly a hobby of mine. That means I described the dress properly in my wee little doc.
