Free-running, Parkcore, call it what you will. It's pretty snazzy. And here's a clip to show you just how snazzy.

WARNING: French people are included in this video. For those of you who, out of protest, call their fries Freedom Fries, look away :).

If I may quote the esteemed action star Keanu Reeves...

"Whoa!"

That was awesome! Now I want to run a Daredevil in a Modern game...

I really like to see what someone can do with their body and mind, ala Jackie Chan movies and the movie Ong Bak.

The latter is a really cool Thai movie with as only purpose to show off cool moves. Which it does wonderfully. There is one scene where the protagonist is running away from a group of people and along his path he does this incredible stunts. At one point two guys carrying a roll of barbedwire that he easily jumps through. Good stuff.

Surprisingly Freerunning isn't hard to learn, provided you're willing to put in the practise. All you need is a pair of running shoes and a training suit (though you can do this naked with shoes, I suppose) and maybe a will if you decide to jump off of those high buildings the first day you start.

Edit: Blatant Ong Bak plug.

Wonder what'd happen if someone posted:
WARNING: Jews are included in this movie. ...

I wrote that with tongue firmly in cheek and have nothing against the French.

It's Luxembourgeons/Luxembourgers? I don't like. I'm telling you, they're building armies in that mountain.
