Probably not. The expectation is that stores wanting to continue Encounters past episode 3 will be doing explorations modules.

One option is to continue playing by picking up with Episode Four of the for purchase adventure. How do you do this? Maybe the DM purchased it because they’re a fan and wanted to read it anyway, maybe as a generous store owner/organizer you purchase it for the DM, maybe you have a weekly sitting fee for players and part of that money goes to purchasing the adventure for the store/DM. So, now the group can continue playing the adventure, now what?

If your groups do not want to continue on with the full Hoard of the Dragon Queen adventures another option you have is for the table(s) to start playing D&D Expeditions adventures. D&D Expeditions are short adventures of an episodic nature. Each storyline will have one introduction D&D Expeditions adventure that will include several mini adventures.

So, if you want Episode 4 of Hoard, buy the book.

Oh, and if you buy the book, it's no longer "Encounters"... it's "D&D Casual Play". It's still adventurer's league. It's still organized D&D. It's just not free.
