Yes, I want to be able to replace it with something more fitting for my campaign depending upon the domain(s) of the deity. There are only two gods in my homebrew that happen to be able to grant resurrection- the god of storms is not one of them. I don't mind clerics of other good deities having access, but I want it to be a ritual for them.

As for level, yes, I definitely want it to be higher.
