You should do Tio de Nadal, the candy-pooping yule log of Catalonia.

And legally distinct Snow Miser and Heat Miser

Elemental tyrants and magical log added. :)

Man, Christmas has a lot of options when you start going through all the crazy ideas.

Any ideas for New Year's, Halloween, or any other holidays?

For New Years there's traditionally Father Time and Baby New Year, but I think you already did them.

One could also make an argument for Captain Henry Morgan, Jasper "Jack" Daniel, and Don Jose de Cuervo as well.

And Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest.

which other set locations are needed?
How about "Time's Square" [sic] with an apostrophe. Focal point of all things New Years and time related.

Also the "holiday worlds of old" from Nightmare Before Christmas

And for Halloween you could have stock horror movie type locations; The insane asylum, the haunted campground, the haunted castle, the old abandoned cabin in the woods, the desecrated church, the creepy mansion where all those murders happened, the mad scientist's laboratory, hell, etc

EDIT:
And somewhat less generically, the Bermuda Triangle (again, for Halloween)

EDIT:
Also, again for Halloween, there's a forest in Scotland called Carterhaugh that's supposed to be haunted by the unseelie*, who ride out into the surrounding area every Halloween. There's an old folk song about it called Tam Lin. Here's a link to a famous cover of the song: Tam Lin as covered by Fairport Convention

*That's anti-fairies to those of you who grew up watching Nickelodeon

man a little too outside the box to make booze-related spirit, but is tempted for something future.

added the license. 1st time using the creative common for a book so I'm hoping it works.
