Holy Knight PrC

First Post
Alright this is my first real attempt at creating a PrC from "scratch" (those of you who've played FFT will recognize alot of the names from this class). I've only had the chance to really test this PrC out once, and it was in a high-level campaign (well, about 5 battles) with a comparatively low-level challenge rating. So, I'd like any advice on changes that might need to be made to make it a viable PrC.

Holy Knight

Requirements:
BaB +5
Ability to cast divine spells of 2nd level or higher
Weapon Focus with any sword (Short sword, Longsword, Great sword, etc.)
Any good (generally LG or NG, but sometimes CG)

Hit Die: d10

Level BaB Fort Ref Will Special Spells
1 +0 +2 +0 +2 Stasis Sword (sword abilities 1/day)
2 +1 +3 +0 +3 Holy Sword Immunities +1 to caster level
3 +2 +3 +1 +3 Holy Stab (sword abilities 2/day)
4 +3 +4 +1 +4 Divine Grace +1 to caster level
5 +3 +4 +1 +4 Undead Crush (sword abilities 3/day)
6 +4 +5 +2 +5 +1 to caster level
7 +5 +5 +2 +5 Lightning Stab (sword abilities 4/day)
8 +6 +6 +2 +6 +1 to caster level
9 +6 +6 +3 +6 Holy Explosion (sword abilities 5/day)
10 +7 +7 +3 +7 Heavenly Knight +1 to caster level

Sword Abilities: The Holy Knight can manifest powers through his sword, using them to destroy the enemies of his deity. As he becomes more powerful, the powers begin to become stronger and he is able to call upon them more each day. He gains his first sword ability at first level and gains one at every other level past that. Each sword ability is subject to a critical hit as if the Knight had used his sword (19-20/x2 for a touch
attack). However, if the sword has a modified threat range, then the Holy Knight must make succeed at a normal attack (not a touch attack) to use the modified threat range (though the Improved Critical feat still applies to touch attacks, a sword with the Keen property does not increase the threat range of a touch attack). The Holy Knight can still elect to use a touch attack, forfeiting the modified threat range. If the Holy Knight attempts to use a normal attack to deliver a sword ability, then the Holy Knight may also roll damage for his normal attack.

Stasis Sword: The Holy Knight channels power through his sword, sending it toward an enemy, possibly paralyzing it. Attack does 1d6+1/per Holy Knight level, and any enemy affected by the attack must succeed at a fortitude save or be paralyzed (DC 10 + wis modifier +1/Holy Knight level)

Holy Sword Immunities: The Holy Knight is hereafter immune to any sword abilities used by any Holy or Heavenly Knight of the same patron deity.

Holy Stab: The Holy Knight channels holy power through his sword, hitting one enemy with a shot of pure holy energy. The attack does 2d8 +1/Holy Knight level. The attack also deals +2d6 holy damage (Holy damage does not affect good creatures, though it does affect neutral ones).

Divine Grace: This is the same ability given to the Paladin at 1st level

Undead Crush: The Holy Knight imbues his sword with holy power that is the bane to all undead. The attack does 2d8 +1/Holy Knight level. The attack also does automatic double damage against undead (x3 on a successful critical). Also, on a successful critical hit, the undead creature must make a will save to survive (DC 10 + wis modifier +1/Holy Knight level) This attack has no effect on non-undead creatures (living or constructs) (note: undead critical immunity is still applicable - any weapon with a critical modifier greater than 2, such as a Mercurial Longsword, does the same damage as a normal Longsword)

Lightning Stab: The Holy Knight imbues his sword with holy lightning, enabling him to senda line of this holy lightning out from his sword. Attack does 2d10 +1/Holy Knight level. The lightning extends out to 25ft and does the same damage to each square, always extending to maximum range (the Holy Knight has no control over the range). If the Holy Knight uses an attack to deliver a Lightning Stab, the area of effect must continue in a straight line past the target out to 25ft. Any wall or other large obstacle stops the effect.

Holy Explosion: The Holy Knight is able to use holy power to cause an explosion of holy energy. The attack does 4d6 +1/Holy Knight level and +1d6 holy damage. It explodes in a radius of 5 feet, dealing full damage to all of those in its radius.

Heavenly Knight: The Holy Knight reaches the pinnacle of his Holy training, and is highly revered among all, and is considered a great asset by his deity. (This grants no other special abilities, but is a title to represent all of his training).

It's pretty much a clerical PrC, though a Paladin can take it later. A couple of things I've already considered changing:
increase prereq. divine spell level to 3rd
Take away one of the +1 to caster levels (making +4 to caster total for the whole PrC)

edit: ok I just noticed that I put down d12 for hit die; I'm changing it to a d10, but if anyone thinks that the class would be ok with a d12 just say so.
