Homebrew PRC: The Cloak Fighter

Isn't there a cloak-fighting feat in one of the Complete Books? It might work better as one of your prereq feats.

Edit: Combat Cloak Expert from PHB2. I think it is pretty fitting for your prestige class.

Edit 2: I noticed that it looks like you actually get Combat Cloak Expert after taking three levels of your class?

I don't have anything to add to the design, but this is a very cool sounding class. I wonder if this is something a monk might look into. I feel like I've seen martial artists do this in movies. Keep up the good work.
