Well although it's on the Central American mainland it's a former British colony, so I'm guessing they probably have English as a first language, rather than the Spanish that the adjacent countries would most likely have.

yes it was known as British Honduras.

much like the east coast of Nica...speaks American. ;)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that Hawaii had been part of the United States since the late 19th Century, and a fully-fledged state since 1959?
Yes. I should have said "mainland USA". Such sticklers for accurracy everyone is.

Australia is quite nice, especially in the winter months, Perth and Freemantle have some nice beaches, surfing, snorkeling, hiking, mountain-climbing, whale-watching, whatever. Rent a campervan for a few weeks and just cruise around.
Australia is in the works, but it's going to be a few years. Our current budget would get us there, but not much else.

That would be true but most of the places, besides San Diego, I travel to are not in the United States. I'm not trying to come of with being snobbish, it's just the feeling of using my normal currency, and small silly stuff like that. :D (Last time I was their it was after about 5 to 6 months of being overseas. :)
