It's listed as being available in the Dragon Magazine, but no mention on the FFG ( Fantasy Flight Games) website. Has anyone seen it in stores? Givin how good Grimm and Virtual were, I'm looking forward to it.

It is listed on their products page as being available this month, so it should be turning up in stores in the next couple of weeks I reckon. I did the equipment illustrations for it, so I hope you enjoy the book when you get it :)

Heya Chuck,

We just got the books in this week, so it'll go out to distributors next week. I did the writing and development on this one, and I'm pleased as punch with how it turned out. We've got 3 core classes (gunfighter, trailblazer, and maverick), brands (1-level special classes you can only take at 1st level, including magi, blackhands, and pale riders, among others), drinking rules, showdown rules, a gnomish railroad, wolf-people called Gray Runners, a feat-based spellcasting system (you never take more than 1 level in a spellcasting 'class'), a simple reputation system, encounter charts, setting info, and plenty of adventure hooks built into the setting. But of course, I'm biased.

Kevin,

Let me just say that if Spellslinger is half as enjoyable as your previous work, I know my group and I will be playing the first chance we get! I'm very excited about the book, and the preview cover offered at FFG's website is terribly tantalizing. Ship thos ebooks faster...please!

You got Old West in my Fantasy!
You got Fantasy in my Old West!
Mmmmm....Old Fantasy.
