The Black Trooping scene features Mt. Lament in the background, which is inspired by LotR's Mount Doom in its foreboding presence.

I like them overall but they do look a bit too much air-brushed for my tastes. Very neat though, and far beyond my talents

Love the Avanc and Gwytune the most. If their writeups are anywhere as good as the images you've done, I'll find a way to incorporate them.
