House Rules: Using circular templates weaken classes?

Oh, sure, but it's still a tiny bit slower cause square you can eyeball without laying down a template and circular you have to process. No matter how fast, there's still _some_ lag.

Some 2 campaigns ago the players wanted to put the horses ON the cart. Literally.
They had the brilliant idea: Buy two sets of horses. When one set was pulling the wagon, the other was resting inside the wagon. The plan was to travel without stopping to rest.

Eh. The game is not so finely balanced that switching from squares to hexes will destroy it.

Yeah, that way movement will be screwed up on too many axes to be noticeable. I still don't get why anyone would argue that hexes are easier or more accurate than grids. Okay, they may be marginally more accurate for some things, but they're annoyingly bad for movement.
