Blind-Fight: Be able to use your weapon and defend yourself more effectively when you can't see. [could go into mobility, as you move faster in dark. Also could go into AC because you're not flat-footed, could go into Weapon because you reroll miss chance.]
Yes, Endurance, Diehard, Toughness, et all do improve your chances of surviving by making you harder to kill. But if you look at the qualities of the fighter bonus feats, they don't really fit in. Not that I'm saying that there arn't any feats that could be elligible for addition to the fighter list, but Endurance and Diehard would look out of place on this list because they don't have much to do with A) using your weapon, B) moving in combat, or C) Bettering your AC.
If they put this all together with a dartboard, I never want to play them in Cricket. Ever.
