How could Kobolds defend their lair? Part 3 of game session posted.

Excellent! Now please post some more before one of my students comes by and wonders why I'm looking at the computer screen and grinning from ear to ear.

Oh, well done! After the problems you had before, it sounds like this time you taught that party a valuable lesson!

-with kobolds! Bwahahahaha!!!

Hey, they are going after a dragon this time... I feel the pain of that one encounter... they will end up thinking they would better start anew, with level 1 commoners! bwahahahahahaha!

Y'know, It's really a shame that most gamers aren't hooked up to ENworld. I mean, if you put this on the WotC boards and you'd get a lot of "Make the kobolds 20th level sorcerers who kill the PCs!" Post it on the Dragonsfoot boards and you get "3e sucks, run another game system!" You post it on ENworld and you get ideas on mobile ballistas that the kobolds pull through their tunnels.

Oh, and there will probobly be more than three parts. I think "the rule of Pcat" is right: it's easier to read lots of small posts than one big one.

They will be able to breathe in that section of tunnel; as there is still a gas in there, they just wont be able to get any oxygen into their lungs. This will create a definite feeling of being out of breath, but may not be immediately apparent as to the cause. Within a few minutes they would pass out. Quite a deadly trap.

Hmm, I hadn't thought of it like that. Thanks! :)

Ooh, this is good fun. :)

Why don't you start this up as a story hour? I'm sure we would have some fun watching the exploits of the adventurers?
